Our fleet runs from 12-seater Hyundai H1 vans to 50-seater buses, all air-conditioned and GPS-tracked, with drivers included. Monthly plans start at AED 5,000 per vehicle, under Dubai DET licence no. 1407049.
It’s 5:40 AM in Al Qusais. Thirty of your warehouse team are standing at one pickup point, and the bus pulls in on the minute. By 6:30, they’re clocking in at Jebel Ali. Nobody chased a taxi, nobody claimed an allowance, and nobody was late.
That is what employee transportation in Dubai should look like, and it’s the only kind we run. You share your headcount, pickup areas, and shift times. We match each route to the right vehicle, fix the timetable, and keep it running every day.
Tell us your headcount and shift times on WhatsApp, and get a route plan with a price in 24 hours.
Staff transport is a contracted, scheduled bus or van service that moves employees between home areas or accommodation and the workplace. The employer pays one monthly fee per vehicle. The operator supplies the vehicle and driver and runs fixed pickup times around each shift.
Think of it as your company’s private bus line. It runs only your routes and your shift times, and only your people are on board.
A staff transport contract with Sabeel Alnoor covers:
Monthly staff bus rental in Dubai with Sabeel Alnoor costs AED 5,000 for a 12-seater van, AED 6,500 for a 30-seater Toyota Coaster, and AED 7,100 for a 50-seater bus. On a full 50-seater, that works out to about AED 142 per employee per month.
How many people are on your route?
| Vehicle | Seats | Daily (AED) | Weekly (AED) | Monthly (AED) | Cost per seat/month (AED) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hyundai H1 mini van | 12 | 200 | 1,000 | 5,000 | 417 |
| Toyota Hiace high-roof van | 14-15 | 230 | 1,260 | 5,500 | 367 |
| Toyota Coaster | 28-30 | 280 | 1,600 | 6,500 | 217 |
| Mitsubishi Rosa | 34 | 260 | 1,500 | 6,000 | 176 |
| 35-seater luxury bus | 35 | 260 | 1,500 | 6,000 | 171 |
| 50-seater luxury bus | 50 | 350 | 2,000 | 7,100 | 142 |
Compact enough for villa areas and tight business-park parking, with room for 12. It’s a good fit for clinic staff, retail teams, or a supervisor’s run that leaves ahead of the main bus.
The high roof means passengers can stand up and walk in without ducking, which matters with 15 people boarding at a crowded pickup point. It suits a single-route office team, from Business Bay to Dubai Silicon Oasis.
The Coaster is the most common staff bus on UAE roads, known for its fuel economy and low maintenance needs. At 30 seats, it carries a full production line or warehouse shift at AED 217 per seat per month.
These cost AED 6,000 a month, less than the Coaster, while carrying up to 5 more people. Reclining seats and extra legroom on the 35-seater make longer runs, such as Al Qusais to Jebel Ali, easier on tired shift workers.
This bus moves a whole shift in one run, with soft seating, interior lighting, and a fully air-conditioned cabin. At AED 142 per seat, it is the cheapest way to move large groups.
Do the maths: take a team of 30 that you pay an AED 300 monthly transport allowance (an example figure). That’s AED 9,000 a month, and they still arrive at different times. One Toyota Coaster costs AED 6,500 and gets all 30 in on the same timetable.
Not sure which bus fits? Send your headcount, and we’ll build the cheapest fleet mix for your routes.
Sabeel Alnoor is a Dubai-licensed limited liability company. It is registered with the Department of Economy and Tourism for the activity “Passenger Transport by Rented Buses”, which is the licence category for carrying a client’s staff by bus with a driver. You can check its details yourself.

Many “bus rental” operators hold only a Buses Rental activity. Passenger Transport by Rented Buses is the activity that covers buses with drivers carrying your employees.
Our office is in Al Quoz Industrial Area 1, between Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. That puts it roughly 15-30 minutes’ drive from Business Bay, DIP and JAFZA in normal traffic, so a replacement vehicle or a spare driver reaches most routes quickly.
Each industry needs a different setup. Offices need two fixed runs a day, factories need runs timed to shift changeovers, construction sites need early starts from accommodation areas, and hotels and hospitals need cover around the clock.
Which one sounds like your Monday morning?
Pickups at about 7:00 AM and drop-offs at about 6:00 PM, on routes into Business Bay, DIFC, Dubai Internet City and Dubai Silicon Oasis. Best fit: a 15-seater Hiace or a 30-seater Coaster, so your team arrives together instead of trickling in.
Three-shift operations in JAFZA, DIP, Dubai Industrial City and Al Quoz need buses timed to the changeover minute. One 50-seater can drop the incoming shift and collect the outgoing one in the same loop.
Site crews start early, and their sites move. We run 35- and 50-seater buses from accommodation areas to active sites and change the route when the project changes. For larger crews moving daily from labour camps, see our dedicated labour transportation in Dubai service.
Split shifts, late closings and weekend peaks call for small, frequent runs. A Hyundai H1 or Hiace van handles a 2:00 AM drop after a restaurant closes without paying for a big bus.
Nurses and support staff work 8- or 12-hour rotations, so transport has to run on weekends and public holidays too. Fixed vans meet each handover, so nobody leaves a ward short-staffed.
Teachers and admin staff need early-morning runs to campus during term time, with contracts that pause for school holidays.
A corporate shuttle is a bus or van that runs a fixed loop at set intervals, for example every 20 minutes between a Metro station and an office park. Employees board at any stop on the loop. Door-to-door staff transport, by contrast, follows a timetable to named pickup points.
Our shuttle services in Dubai work best where many people make the same short trip several times a day.
| Comparison | Fixed-loop shuttle | Door-to-door staff transport |
|---|---|---|
| How it runs | Repeats one loop at set intervals | One or two runs per shift on a timetable |
| Best for | Short, high-frequency trips | Longer commutes from home areas |
| Typical vehicle | 15-seater Hiace or 30-seater Coaster | 30- to 50-seater bus |
| Example | Metro station ↔ business park, 7-10 AM | Al Qusais → JAFZA, 5:40 AM |
The Metro gets your people close, and the last kilometre in 42°C heat does the rest of the damage. A shuttle loop from the nearest station to your door closes that gap, which matters most in DIP, Dubai Production City and Al Quoz.
Hotels run on shift changes. We move housekeeping, F&B, and front-office teams between staff accommodation and the property at 6 AM, 2 PM, and 10 PM handovers. For moving guests between airports, hotels and venues, use our hotel transfer in Dubai service.
Map your shuttle loop with us and see the timetable before you sign.
Yes, we run staff transport around the clock, including 4 AM pickups, midnight returns and rotating shift patterns. Each shift gets its own timetable, so night staff never wait on a day route.
A 10 PM to 6 AM shift needs two runs that most transport providers dislike: the 9 PM pickup and the 6:15 AM drop. We plan both as fixed runs, not favours, with GPS tracking so your supervisor can see the bus approaching.
Private-sector working hours shrink by two hours a day in Ramadan. Outdoor sites stop work during the summer midday break, usually 12:30 to 3:00 PM from mid-June to mid-September. We re-time routes for both before they start, so your team doesn’t wait in the heat.
We cover Dubai’s main business and industrial zones from our Al Quoz base, including JAFZA, DIP, Al Quoz, Business Bay, Dubai Silicon Oasis and Dubai Industrial City. Pickups come from residential hubs such as Al Qusais, Al Nahda, International City and Karama.
| Zone | Workplace areas | Common pickup areas | Typical employers |
|---|---|---|---|
| South-west industrial | JAFZA, Dubai Investment Park, Dubai Industrial City, Dubai South | Al Qusais, International City, Jebel Ali accommodation | Logistics, manufacturing, warehousing |
| Central industrial | Al Quoz Industrial Areas 1-4, Ras Al Khor | Karama, Satwa, Al Quoz | Fabrication, workshops, showrooms |
| Business districts | Business Bay, DIFC, Downtown, Dubai Internet and Media City | Al Barsha, JLT, Bur Dubai, Deira | Corporate offices, finance, media |
| East | Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai Academic City, Al Warqa | Al Nahda, Muhaisnah, Mirdif | Tech, education, light industry |
Thousands of Dubai employees live in Al Nahda (Sharjah), Al Taawun and Ajman. A dedicated morning bus that leaves before the Ittihad Road peak turns a stop-start commute into a predictable one.
Every route runs under DET licence no. 1407049 for Passenger Transport by Rented Buses, in air-conditioned, GPS-tracked vehicles driven by RTA-permitted drivers, with a replacement vehicle sent if one breaks down.
Your contract is with Sabeel Alnoor Passengers Transport by Rented Buses LLC, a registered LLC whose licence you can check on the Dubai DET portal. Drivers hold RTA bus driver permits and are assigned to fixed routes, so your team sees the same face each morning.
Every vehicle is GPS-tracked. If traffic on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road delays a run, your admin team hears from us first, not from 30 employees.
Vehicles are serviced on a fixed schedule and cleaned almost every day. If one is off the road, a replacement leaves our Al Quoz base within X hours, so the route keeps running.
Book a 15-minute call, and we’ll show you your route on a map before you commit.
Quick answer: For 10 or more employees sharing routes or shifts, dedicated staff transport usually costs less per head than allowances or taxis and is far more punctual. One-off bus rental suits events, not daily commuting.
| Option | Monthly cost | Punctuality | Admin load | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Dedicated staff transport | Fixed per vehicle (AED 142-417 per seat) | Scheduled and GPS-tracked | One contract, one invoice | 10+ staff on shared routes or shifts |
| Transport allowance | Fixed per employee | Depends on each employee | Low for HR, high for staff | Small teams near the Metro |
| Taxis or ride-hailing | Variable, surges at peak | Unpredictable at shift times | Receipts and claims | Occasional trips |
| Owning a company fleet | Vehicles, drivers, permits, insurance, servicing | In-house | Heavy | Very large, stable workforces |
| One-off bus rental | Per day (from AED 200) | Per booking | Medium | Events, tours, single transfers |
A dedicated bus runs only for your people, on your timetable. If your team is small, ask whether two nearby companies can share one route and split the cost.
A 50-seater isn’t the right ride for a visiting director or a board meeting. Senior managers and VIP guests can travel privately with our chauffeur services in Dubai, billed on the same account as your staff routes.
Quick answer: Share five details: headcount, pickup areas, workplace, shift times, start date. Get a route plan and a price, approve it, and your buses start running within 3-5 working days.
One transport partner can cover the rest of your company’s travel too. Sabeel Alnoor also runs bus rental in Dubai for events and tours, and school transport for educational institutions, using the same licensed fleet listed above.

A monthly bus rental with driver in Dubai ranges from AED 5,000 (12 seats) to AED 7,100 (50 seats) at Sabeel Alnoor. Weekly hire runs from AED 1,000 to AED 2,000, and daily hire from AED 200 to AED 350.
Match the vehicle to the headcount on each route. Use a 12- to 15-seater van for up to 15 people, a 30-seater Toyota Coaster for 16 to 30, a 34- or 35-seater bus for up to 35, and a 50-seater bus for large shift changeovers. A fuller bus means a lower cost per seat.
Every Sabeel Alnoor staff transport contract includes the vehicle, a driver, air conditioning, and GPS tracking. All prices are quoted per vehicle, not per passenger.
